Road Trip: Taiping, Perak!

Its been a while since last time I met my aunt and cousins. So, we went there last July to get hooked with relatives. The journey was fun yet tiring too. We ( Maa, my sister, brother in law, and 3 stooges) went there for couple of days. 

It is my first time in Taiping. And the kiddos too. Our first day was spent at my aunt's house. Stories shared and days ahead were planned. We decided to let the kids embrace the moments in Taiping by visiting the famous Taiping Zoo. A lot of animals and Adam was so excited seeing all the animals with his naked eyes! And I got to get incharge to carry Nuh together co-piloting with my cousin, Eni.

After the fantastic sight seeing at the zoo (kiddos think that way!) we headed for 'laksa kuala hunting ' at Kuala Kangsar. I think it is the best laksa! But unfortunately I forgot to take some snaps on the laksa. Cheap and tasty! Its really worth the journey! Im going to come back again here. For sure! 

On evening, we went to Burmese Pool. And it is not really a pool. It is a stream. And if Im not mistaken some waterfall. Cool and recommended! 

And for the night event, we went for yong tau foo! Taiping Yong Tau Foo definetely delicious!

Taiping is really good place to visit! We just can't finish all the best places in Taiping for only two days. So, Im hoping to go there again. As a wrap, good place and good food there. Most importantly, i got to meet and hug my cousin! The one that I always miss and remember all these years! Love you and miss you Cousin Eni!

Alhamdulillah, I actually graduated!

As title above did its job, aha yes I'm officially a master degree holder. Looking back to my journey as a tiny noob tortoise in master class, I am amazed on how I can finish my MA in solid two years and of course a lot of struggling moments that made me swing my mood at work and also at home. 

Being a part time student and also a permanent teacher in a school sometimes really test my patient and courage. A thought of quit and forget the MA always came across in my mind. Countless time. But Im still the luckiest girl in world as I have my loyal companion in this rocky and stormy journey. He is....

Rishi! I dont know how to thank him. And I did thanked him several times. All my worries, noob ideas, tantrums and many more. He handled it all! The guy that I met on the first semester. And yeah the superb thing is, he was my senior back then in UMS. But we barely spoken to each other. 

Doing the MA, one important thing you must do is, find a good companion. Someone who also has a passion in doing it. Just like you. Someone who can give you support. Someone who is also in the same journey as you. Yes yes I know. You also can do it without a companion. But you do it better with a friend. When I say a friend, it is really what a friend means. 

Another thing you need is a good supervisor for your project! Oh I dont know how to put it into words! My Sv was soooooo soooooo amazing! Hergh! She is kind. I mean she really is! 

Dr Hadina Habil. An amazing woman. And yes. She is really patient with me. I met her only few times in a semester. And still, she still entertain me nicely. Only beautiful words I can write for her. The way she let me think and brain my ideas. I remembered the first time I met her, she helped me through my idea. And aha my idea actually was turned down by my coordinator two times! Dr Hadina was the one who helped me constructed the bad idea become a good one. Thank you Dr Hadina! How I can thank you more? 

Another last thing that you should have is, a bestfriend who can fill your soul. A friend who will always remind you that everything that we do is to be blessed by Allah SWT. After all, He is the One that we should satisfied. And being a luckiest girl in the world, I have this friend who gave and still gives me these kind of advice. 

Puan Nurun Nadia, do you know that you are an amazing friend of mine? I dont know what beautiful words should I write for you... And I dont think words are enough to describe you. Thank You. Thank You. THANK YOU.
